Argiri joined saha’s Executive Management Team in February 2017.
As Director of Corporate Services Argiri oversees the work of the HR, IT and Business Support & Innovation Teams, leads on corporate governance and also undertakes the role of Company Secretary.
Peter TaylorBoard Member
Peter has worked in construction since leaving school, gaining experience with John Laing Construction, and rising to senior management positions with Laing Homes and Lovell Partnership. He has a Salvation Army background and is passionate about the work and ministry of the Army. He was appointed to the Saha Board in November 2015.
Nigel ParringtonChief Executive
Nigel is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing. He has been involved in a variety of NHF and CIH working groups and as a board member of other housing associations. He is a Company Director of Kingsown. He was appointed to the Saha Board in September 2006.
Commissioner John MatearBoard Member
Commissioner John Matear is a retired Salvation Army Officer. He served for 34 years in a variety of appointments, latterly as Territorial Commander in the United Kingdom Territory with the Republic of Ireland. He was appointed Chair of Saha in September 2012.
Andrew TaylorBoard Member
Andrew Taylor is a proven leader with a broad experience in the social housing sector and an extensive finance background. He was formerly Chief Executive of Sutton Housing Trust. He was appointed to the Saha Board in 2010 and is Chair of the Audit Committee.
Maggie Cameron-RatchfordBoard Member
Maggie worked for a local council in the east end of London for over 20 years, mainly managing housing services - homelessness, housing advice, management of council housing and managing large projects. She joined the Saha Board in 2011.
Jennifer Laurent-SmartBoard member
Jennifer has been working as an equality and diversity practitioner for over 15 years and has experience of working in both the private and public sector. She joined the Saha Board in May 2014.
Tony BaconDirector of Asset Management
Tony joined Saha in August 2009 and has overall responsibility for SAHA’s asset management functions, including development, major repairs, maintenance and servicing programmes.
Nigel Hills CPFADeputy Chief Executive and Director of Finance
Nigel joined Saha in 1984 as a Finance Officer, when the Association owned just 10 hostel properties and one general needs scheme in Bournemouth. He became Director of Finance in 2004.
Geanna BrayDirector of Housing Services
Geanna joined Saha in June 2007 as Director of Housing Services. She has overall responsibility for the Agency Managed and Independent Quality Inspectorate (IQI) team; General Needs and Older People's Services; Directly Managed Services; and the Customer Service Centre team.
Peter WilkinsHead of Maintenance Services
Peter joined Saha in 2010. He has worked in the housing maintenance sector since 1992 working as a Building Surveyor, Project Manager and Property Services Manager. His current role is Head of Maintenance Services.
Zafar RajaHead of Finance
Zafar joined Saha in 2010. Zafar is a qualified accountant and holds an MBA in Business Finance from the University of Lincoln.
Vina MistryHead of Housing Services - North of England
Vina Mistry is Head of Housing Services - North Region, with specific responsibility for General Needs Services, Older People's Services, and Supported Housing.
Stephen BateHead of Customer Services
Stephen is Head of Customer Services with specific responsibility for the management of the Customer Services Department, including contract management, repairs contract and rent recovery teams. He joined Saha in 2004.
Peter LathamHead of Business Support & Innovation
Based at Saha’s Bolton regional office, Peter’s national role encompasses a wide variety of business improvement and development activities.
Pat CrossHead of Housing Services – South of England
Pat is responsible for overseeing the generic housing management and fund raising activities across a dispersed area. She specialises in General Needs, Sheltered, Rough Sleepers, Mothers and Babies and Foyer accommodation.
Ola BalogunHead of ICT
Ola's role is to ensure the provision of Information Communications and Technology appropriate to the evolving needs of Saha and to develop and lead the ICT service in delivering effective, efficient and quality ICT aligned to the Association's business objectives.
Mobo QuadriHead of Human Resources
Mobo leads Saha's HR team, which provides a highly professional service to the Association's staff.
John MacFarlaneHead of Capital Projects
John joined Saha in 2011. He manages the planned works programme, new developments and has responsibility for service contracts.
