Quality Assurance

The Quality Assurance (QA) team delivers high quality, comprehensive reviews of Services to provide Quality Assurance of service provision.

Visits are made to supported housing Services to assess work undertaken locally against a defined set of criteria in housing management and support activities.

The Review aims to identify risks as well as areas of good practice.

The Reviewers will make recommendations of good practice, where possible, with the aim of assisting with continuous improvement.
