Residents are at the heart of everything that we do and it’s important that we listen to your voice on the ways that we can improve our services. There are lots of different ways that you can Get Involved!
T4R – saha’s resident scrutiny panel is a ‘critical friend’, the group help to ensure that residents views and concerns are investigated and taken into account at all levels of the association
Customer Panel – The panel give us regular feedback through surveys either online or in the post.
All surveys are confidential and are fed back to the relevant services.
Improvement Groups – We have three groups here at saha, focusing on:
- Building safety
- saha Offer
- Customer Feedback
The groups review saha’s performance over the last quarter.
