Our Customer Involvement and Insight Policy sets out how we are committed to working with our residents.

The feedback that we get from you on what you want from your homes and neighbourhood helps to develop services to meet your needs. As well as improving the services we offer, being part of the Get Involved community can help you to meet new people and develop new skills.
