Governance Regrade for Saha
31/05/23
We are pleased to announce that the Housing Regulator has today, confirmed our Governance rating has been re-assessed from G3 to G2 status.
Saha was placed under G3 status by the Housing Regulator in May 2021. Since then, we have worked with the Regulator, our partners and our parent The Salvation Army to address the issues that were identified.
Our focus now is to deliver our road map to become a G1 Association. We pledge to continue to work as #SahaOneTeam; transform lives; provide a great service and improve our performance.
The Chief Executive, Lynne Shea said “This is an important step in the right direction. It is great to have the recognition from the Regulator that we have addressed all the concerns that were identified and are moving in the right direction. It is my intention to continue on our journey to provide the best service to customers that we can.
Stephen Stringer, Saha Chair, said “this reflects the improved governance arrangements that have been put in place and the determination of the Board and staff to continue to be the best we can for the benefit of those we support and house”.
