We know that energy prices have increased significantly from 1 April 2022. This will affect all of us in different ways. If you are on a cash payment meter you will know immediately just how much more expensive your energy costs are. If you are on quarterly billing system (or similar) you will receive a bill at the end of your next quarter that might bring a nasty surprise.

We encourage all Saha customers to take meter readings on 31 March (or as close to this date as possible) as this is the date when charges change . Having an accurate record of energy use on this date may help you in any discussion over costs.
