saha accredited – Investor in People Silver Standard

We’re pleased to announce that we’ve been accredited as an Investor in People at the Silver Standard. Here’s an eloquent summary from one of our staff about what this means for us.

“I was happy to participate in the interview. This was an opportunity to share with others  the positive changes and direction that  saha is  moving in and demonstrates how the company is listening to it’s people and wanting to make positive changes. I was asked,  about the Mission statement and on how I felt the company delivered what it said. My response was around the title (Transforming  lives) I said that “ I feel that the mission statement in the past to me has been around transforming the lives of the people who come into contact with saha, such as tenants, customers, etc.” and I believed this. However, more recently in the last 18 months or so I see that the Mission statement  also includes the staff. saha transforms the lives of the staff who work within the organisation (for those open to change and advantaged thinking) the company does actually transform lives. I look at the team and see the development and growth of individuals who had set limits upon what they could achieve and saha has allowed them to consider possibilities and open doors and opportunities that they had closed either by others or themselves. I am very passionate about the work we do and the team we have and the lives we transform”.
