saha to build new homes

saha is pleased to announce that it hasreceived an allocation of grant from the Homes and Communities Agency for the provision of 49 units of accommodation (£613,500), as part of the 2015-18 Affordable Homes Programme.

21 one bedroomed homes will be created next to Muamba House in Bolton.

A further 28 homes will be created by converting the existing Lifehouse at Mount Cross, Leeds to general needs accommodation creating much needed one bedroomed flats.
