saha secures funding to install gas supply!

saha are delighted to announce that we have managed to secure £49,000 worth of funding to fit a new gas mains to serve all of the properties at Caister Close.

The gas mains are currently being installed once complete, we will be installing gas central heating to replace the current electric heating.

The installation of gas central heating should realise savings of around 30% on residents energy bills when compared to existing energy bills and used on a like for like basis
