We are delighted to introduce our brand new text messaging service to all of our residents.
If you have your mobile number registered with us, you will automatically be registered for this service once you return a YES reply to our “Welcome Message”, which you will receive from the launch date, Wednesday 9th July 2014.
Our Texting service number is 07971 825 825, so please save this number to your mobile as “saha Text Service“, once you receive our first text.
This service will allow us to interact in more ways with our residents. The system is really handy as soon it will allow you to report a repair, request your rent balance, and to ask for saha staff to call you back. We will also be texting you through the service, with rent account information, repair service prompts, satisfaction surveys and more.
If you don’t have your number registered with us, don’t worry, you can call us before or after the launch on Wednesday on 0800 970 6363 to register for the scheme by providing us with your mobile contact number.
As the scheme progresses, we will keep you updated on new elements of the service and the codes we will be providing for you to text us with enquiries.
Note texts you send to us will be charged at your normal standard rate you have with your provider.
