Andrew Smith

Head of Property Services

Andrew joined saha in January 2018. Andrew is responsible for Repairs and Maintenance managing Asset Managers to ensure all properties are safe, secure and compliant.

Andrew has 15 years management experience in housing managing Planned works, Asset Management, Compliance, Facilities Management, Project Management, Mechanical and Electrical works, servicing contracts, GIS mapping and cyclical repairs programmes.

Andrew has a passion for utilising IT systems and developing procedures to maximise efficiency to ensure customers receive an excellent service which is focused on a ‘Right first time’ approach.

Andrew believes the key to delivering great services lies in open, honest communication with contractors and customers to ensure we develop and shape what we do based on the needs and expectations of our customers.

Pat Cross

Pat is responsible for overseeing the generic housing management and fund raising activities across a dispersed area. She specialises in General Needs, Sheltered, Rough Sleepers, Mothers and Babies and Foyer accommodation.

Tony joined Saha in August 2009 and has overall responsibility for saha's asset management functions, including development, major repairs, maintenance and servicing programmes.

Nigel joined saha in 1984 as a Finance Officer, when the Association owned just 10 hostel properties and one general needs scheme in Bournemouth. He became Director of Finance in 2004.
