Pat Cross

Pat, within her role as Head of Housing Services for the South of England, is responsible for overseeing fund-raising activities and the generic housing management over a dispersed area. She specialises in General Needs, Sheltered, Rough Sleepers, Mothers and Babies and Foyer accommodation.

Pat has a great passion for inspiring people to achieve success within their personal development, bringing out their talents and expertise.

Pat is a highly motivated individual and a keen service innovator with particular focus on the continuous improvement to services and commitment to saha customers. This has supported saha to achieve the EAC accreditation award and achieve excellent grades with Supporting People reviews.

What saha means to me:

“Working within an excellent environment where staff and residents are encouraged to utilise their skills and talents to ensure they grow as individuals. This supports saha to ensure that an excellent quality of service and commitment to our residents is delivered, keeping them at the heart of what we do.”
