Peter Latham PgD CIHCMHead of Business Support & Innovation
Based at Saha’s Bolton regional office, Peter’s national role encompasses a wide variety of business improvement and development activities. This includes managing tenders, liaison with partners, strategic development, business intelligence and regulatory compliance. Peter leads an experienced multi-disciplinary Business Support Team whose activities include corporate resident involvement, facilitating the Association’s co-regulation approach, maintaining corporate policies, growing the Association’s online and social media presence, producing publications and undertaking research and analysis.
Peter has worked for Saha since 2000 in a variety of housing, supported housing, quality assurance and business development related roles and has a wide understanding of the Association’s residents and homes, along with strong links with the Association’s various managing agents. Prior to joining Saha, Peter worked in a variety of social housing, leasehold management and commercial property management positions giving a robust understanding of the wider housing sector. Peter is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and holds both housing management and building related qualifications.
Outside of Saha, Peter is a trustee and treasurer of a small charity, an avid motoring enthusiast and amateur wood turner, amongst other things!
