Peter Taylor MRICS
Peter has worked in construction since leaving school, gaining experience with John Laing Construction, and rising to senior management positions with Laing Homes and Lovell Partnership. His experience of the affordable housing sector, mixed tenure development, strategic planning and financial management is an important aspect of his contribution to the saha Board. He has a Salvation Army background and is passionate about the work and ministry of the Army. He was appointed to the saha Board in December 2015.

Andrew joined saha in January 2018. Andrew is responsible for Repairs and Maintenance managing Asset Managers to ensure all properties are safe, secure and compliant.
Andrew has 15 years management experience in housing managing Planned works, Asset Management, Compliance, Facilities Management, Project Management, Mechanical and Electrical works, servicing contracts, GIS mapping and cyclical repairs programmes.

John joined saha in 2011. He manages the planned works programme, new developments and has responsibility for service contracts.
Nigel Hills CPFA
Deputy Chief Executive and Director of Finance
Nigel joined saha in 1984 as a Finance Officer, when the Association owned just 10 hostel properties and one general needs scheme in Bournemouth. He became Director of Finance in 2004.
