Director of Asset Management
Tony joined saha in August 2009 and has overall responsibility for saha’s asset management functions, including development, major repairs, maintenance and servicing programmes. Tony has over 20 years’ experience within the construction and housing industries, most recently at London & Quadrant Housing Trust where he held various management roles in both development and maintenance. Tony also led a successful stock transfer regeneration project with a £140m capital works programme, including the demolition and redevelopment of two large housing estates.
Tony has an Honours degree in Quantity Surveying, a Master’s degree in Construction Law & Dispute Resolution from King’s College, London, and is a member of the Society of Construction Law and the Chartered Institute of Building (ICIOB).

Andrew joined saha in January 2018. Andrew is responsible for Repairs and Maintenance managing Asset Managers to ensure all properties are safe, secure and compliant.
Andrew has 15 years management experience in housing managing Planned works, Asset Management, Compliance, Facilities Management, Project Management, Mechanical and Electrical works, servicing contracts, GIS mapping and cyclical repairs programmes.
Head of Housing, Care & Support Services
Pat is responsible for overseeing the generic housing management and fund raising activities across a dispersed area. She specialises in General Needs, Sheltered, Rough Sleepers, Mothers and Babies and Foyer accommodation.
Andrew is part of a large church in South Wales and serves as a Street Pastor on the streets of Cardiff. He joined the saha board in April 2019.
