Shilhay Service encompasses the work of four supported housing services in Exeter for individuals who have experienced homelessness, its related issues and/or are in recovery from substance misuse.  The service offers low to medium support with 7.5 hour staff cover per day to 28 people who can stay for a maximum of 2 years.
