As a registered housing association when we procure goods and services we are bound by the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Large contracts are tendered competitively, when applicable using the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU). We have the flexibility to procure via an approved supplier list or through existing public sector framework agreements.
