saha Improvement Groups
The Residents’ Improvement Groups are three groups of saha residents who work together to look at the services we provide.
The groups cover three main areas:
- Customer feedback and compliments
- Building safety
- saha’s offer to residents
The groups review saha’s performance over the quarter and offer recommendations for improvement.
