We understand that:
Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. The welfare of the people that we work with and of children in particular, is paramount in the work that we do and the decisions that we take. All people regardless of age, disability, gender reassignment, race, religion or belief, sex or sexual orientation have a right to protection from all types of harm or abuse. Some of the people we work with or who come into contact with our services are additionally vulnerable because of their life experiences, level of dependency or other issues.
