Your Rent – Allpay
Paying via Allpay
In order to pay via allpay you will need to have a Unique Payment Reference Number (PRN) which comprises 19 digits. This will be displayed your rent card.
Rent cards are provided by saha at the start of your tenancy and can be requested from The Rent Team if you didn’t receive one or misplace your card. You can also call the Rent Team if you need the PRN number at any point.
Paying at a Paypoint
When you visit the PayPoint counter, you decide the amount you would like to pay and the method (cash, cheque or debit card). You provide them with the rent card and payment is taken. You will always receive a receipt as proof of payment and it is important that you ask for this and check that the correct amount has been paid. These transactions can take up to three working days to show on your account.
Paying at the Post Office
When you visit the Postoffice counter, you decide the amount you would like to pay and the method (cash, cheque or debit card). You provide them with the rent card and payment is taken. You will always receive a receipt as proof of payment and it is important that you ask for this and check that the correct amount has been paid. These transactions can take up to three working days to show on your account.

You will need to create an account using your PRN number. Once your account is created you are able to make payments on any day and at any time. You will also have a history of the payments you have made.
