Our main purpose and responsibility is to assist you in sustaining your tenancy by ensuring rent payments are made on time. We can show you how to pay rent, when to pay rent and offer advice on benefits. We are here to offer you time and support should you need us during a financially difficult time.
My name is Jess and I am the Rent Account Officer for the South. I have worked for saha for eight years come December 2021 and have loved every minute of it! I have gained a level 2 in Chartered Institute of Housing, meaning I have knowledge of all housing aspects, in particular rent and welfare reform. You can contact me Monday – Friday between the hours of 08.30am and 5.00pm. I am always happy to help and will go the extra mile for anybody!

saha provide quality accommodation and services across England. We hold waiting lists for our properties and others are let via the Local Authority.
